ABOUT EAR CANDLING
Believed to have originated from the North American Indian Hopi tribe, ear candling involves inserting a long cylindrical hollow candle into the ear and lighting it on the other end, The burning of the candle creates a gentle suction action which helps draw out excess ear wax and other debris which may be present in the ear canal,
The ear candling process produces a gentle warmth and a crackling sound emanates resulting a calm and pleasant feeling, 
Many doctors, homeopaths, reflexologies, and acupuncturists are avid users and there is a growing trend among Spa’s to included it on the treatment lists

Directions

Step 1 - Insert the ear candle into the shield, Include the head, carefully insert into the ear, Not too deeply, Step 2 - Light the Ear Candle, it will burn for approx, 8 minutes, Step 3 - Carefully remove the ear candle and extinguish the flame,

PLEASE NOTE: we recommend using a paper plate, piece of paper or even muffin holder to place around the ear candle in your ear (see Product Images),

 

Precautions

Both ears should be treated, one after the other, When placing the lit candle into the ear, make sure the candle fits snuggly into the ear, After the treatment, you may wish to unroll the remaining candle to expose any waste material that has gathered on the filter, Keep the glass of water close by to put the candle out when finished,

It is recommended that you not do this treatment alone, Do not use if you suffer from ear conditions like inflammation in the ear canal,
