Directions

Internally: Take one 5ml measure morning and evening, Take up to to 4 times daily when necessary, Can be taken neat, in a herb tea or in water, Externally: Apply Schweden-Bitter as a compress, diluted with an equal part water, Discontinue if skin irritation occurs, Shake before use, A sediment may occur which does not affect the product,
